Resettlement services

We work with the charity St Giles Trust to provide resettlement services to men during and after prison. Their resettlement teams work with individuals 12 weeks before their release to deliver a resettlement plan based on their needs.  A case manager continues with this type of support after their release

They help the service user to:

Find somewhere to live

Manage their finances and debt

Find a suitable job

Find training or education courses

Maintain positive relationships

Access health services

Think about their choices in life

Access specialist support services

We work with community and prison services including healthcare, housing providers, drug treatment services and education providers.

By working together, we help the service user to get the right support to turn their lives around, so they can avoid reoffending.
